Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Shipping Costs
(including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)
We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany. Shipping is free of charge.

International Deliveries
For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and are calculated automatically during the checkout process and displayed before the order is placed.

Digital Gift Vouchers
No shipping costs apply to the delivery of digital gift vouchers.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1 to 3 business days, and deliveries to other countries take place within 2 to 8 business days after the contract has been concluded (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction has been received).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Information in Accordance with the German Packaging Act
In accordance with the current German Packaging Act (VerpackG), Section 15 (1), Sentence 1, we are legally obliged to accept the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

Transport packaging, such as pallets, bulk packaging, etc.,
Sales and secondary packaging that typically does not become waste for private end consumers after use,
Sales and secondary packaging for which participation in a recycling system is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to Section 7 (5) VerpackG,
Sales packaging containing hazardous substances,
Reusable packaging.
When delivering the product, we use appropriate packaging materials, which we accept back free of charge in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. This ensures that the packaging materials are returned to the recycling system. By informing consumers about the available return options, we aim to improve the recovery of packaging materials and contribute to achieving the European recycling targets set out in EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As an end consumer, you may return the packaging materials at the place where they were actually handed over or in its immediate vicinity.
